Jack Green. Areas of the council have approved a request between the Ministry of Interior and Justice and Ministry of Education to provide a collaboration between the Institute of Legal Medicine, Huelva and IES Fuentepiña.
The partnership will allow one more year of training for students in the Pathology department. The students will start their internships in February assisting perform autopsies under the direction and supervision of coroners. They will follow the training program agreed with their tutors which will finish in June.
These training activities in areas related to forensic medicine are linked to the expert role of the Institute of Legal Medicine in Huelva, a technical body under the Ministry of Interior and Justice within the Board of Andalucia.
