Jack Green. Huelva City Council in collaboration with Firemen without Borders are hosting a fundraising event that will be held in the viewpoint lounge bar Mandala. The evening has been put together to collect funds that will help the NGO develop further support projects.
BUSF (Bomberos Unidos sin Fronteras / Firemen without Borders) has operated in different areas of the world where devastating earthquakes and tsunamis have affected the countries.
These countries have needed an immediate response to cope with the situation of chaos and devastation, the most recent intervention was in Ecuador.
Firemen without Borders also carry out operations throughout the year in countries outside of Spain helping the population in developing countries like Peru, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Dominican Republic. These countries have a lack of basic of material and training for firemen, this work is expensive and relies on the support collaborations to provide the necessary means.
The event will start at 2200 and the attendees will be able to see the photograph exhibition that has been put together to show what the organisation is implementing around the world as well as fun with dancing a raffle and star salsa dancers Charlie and Vergo, who have worldwide recognition.
